Immune System Soup

  • 3-4 c Chicken Broth

  • 5 - 10 cloves of garlic minced

  • 1 - 2 carrots minced

  • 1 small yellow onion

  • 8 Shitake mushrooms sliced

  • 3 cups Spinach

    Sautee onions and garlic lightly in some olive oil in soup pot. Add broth and veggies and add herbs generously like parsley, thyme, oregano. A little salt and pepper, and simmer till veggies are tender. Enjoy!
